You are solely and exclusively responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not. NRIScope shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account.
4.3 One Account Per User
Each individual user is permitted to maintain one account only. Each business or organisation may maintain one account per registered entity. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual, business, or organisation is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being immediately suspended or permanently terminated.
4.4 Account Verification
NRIScope reserves the right to require identity or business verification at any time and as a condition of maintaining an active account or active listing. Users who fail to complete required verification within the specified timeframe may have their account or listings suspended until verification is completed to the satisfaction of NRIScope’s administrator.
5. Publishing Content on NRIScope
5.1 Regional Restriction on Listings
You may only submit listings for businesses, events, and organisations located in, or operating within, regions that have been officially launched by NRIScope. At the date of these Terms, active regions are limited to Australia and New Zealand. Attempting to publish listings for businesses, events, or organisations in Canada, USA, UK, or other non-active regions is not permitted and any such listings will be removed without notice.
5.2 Publisher Responsibility
When you publish any content on NRIScope, you are the sole and exclusive author and publisher of that content. You represent, warrant, and undertake that:
- All information you submit is true, accurate, complete, current, and not misleading in any way
- You have the full legal right to publish the content and it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- The content does not violate any applicable law in Australia, New Zealand, or your country of residence or business operation
- The content is not defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, obscene, threatening, abusive, or harmful to any individual or group
- You are lawfully authorised to represent and list the business or organisation you are publishing
- The business or organisation you are listing is operating lawfully in Australia or New Zealand (for current active regions)
5.3 Mandatory Obligation to Update
⚠ IMPORTANT: You are legally required under these Terms to update your published listing or profile within 14 calendar days of any material change. Material changes include, but are not limited to, changes in business name, address, contact details, operating hours, business status, event dates or venues, or organisation leadership and status.
Outdated or inaccurate listings that have not been updated within a reasonable period will be flagged for review and may be removed or suspended at the sole discretion of NRIScope, without notice and without compensation.
5.4 Licence Granted to NRIScope
By publishing content on NRIScope, you grant NRIScope a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and promote your content on the platform and through associated channels (including social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials) for the purpose of operating, marketing, and promoting the platform and the NRI community.
This licence continues for as long as your content remains on the platform. Upon removal of your content, this licence terminates, except where the content has already been distributed or shared, in which case existing distributions are unaffected by the removal.
6. NRIScope Administrator Rights
This section sets out the exclusive and fundamental rights held by NRIScope’s owner and administrator. These rights are non-negotiable and form a core condition of using the platform.
6.1 Right to Request Information & Verification

6.2 Right to Delist or Remove Content
NRIScope reserves the absolute, exclusive, and unconditional right to delist, remove, edit, suspend, or permanently delete any published content, listing, profile, event, organisation, or user account at any time, at our sole and unfettered discretion, without prior notice, and without providing reasons, including in the following circumstances:

⚠ IMPORTANT: NRIScope’s decision to delist or remove any content is final, binding, and not subject to review or appeal. Delisted content may not be reinstated without written approval from NRIScope’s administrator.
